Material Donations

Material donations Today our Grade 5 and Grade 6 children from our campus in Sacred Heart College received a donation of school materials from Shepherd Seed NPC that they will use in regular schools. We are really grateful to receive this donation and the children too.

Today we say thank you to our English volunteer Alex Murphy for all the dedication and work done with the children and staff at Observatory Girls Primary School (OGS). She finishes her volunteering with us and comes back soon to England to continue her studies. Yesterday our children from Sacred Heart College campus had a visit to Nelson Mandela Children’s Hospital. The children could visit and know how the sick and injured children receive treatment in the hospital and could see all the structure for the patients. They gave some presents and recorded a video for the hospital children to show all the support in their recovering. Last Saturday, we had our Alumni Day with our past learners at Sacred Heart College. We had a group activity to know more each other with our Marist Young Adults member Raquelle. After it, the children had sports at the field playing soccer and Frisbie with the volunteers.
